The actress’s sister, foxii_roxcii, claimed in an Instagram video that a local police officer arrested the actress for resisting arrest and refusing to sign a citation.
The Atlanta Police Department has yet to comment on the situation. The police department has not yet made the police officer’s identity public.

Angel Guice was in an Atlanta park when things went wrong. Angel and her friend had no idea the park didn’t allow overnight visitors.
Officer Brooks of the Atlanta Police Department approached Guice and her friend while they were at the park. The police officer issued citations to Guice and her friend, asking them to sign them.
The actress asked Officer Brooks for his badge number while she was signing her citation. The officer became enraged by the question, and he began using excessive force on the woman, saying in the video that she was being arrested.
As a result, the police officer became physical with Angel Guice, wrestling her to the ground, arresting her, and threatening to taser her.
Angel screams and sobs as she tells the cop she will comply and sign his ticket. Officer Brooks informs her that it is “too late.”
