Agdal was discovered while taking a stroll in her former neighborhood. She participated in the Elite Model Look competition despite having no prior experience with public speaking. Despite the fact that she lost, she signed a contract with Elite Models Copenhagen and completed her education till the age of 18. After graduating, Agdal relocated to the US, where her career in public speaking flourished.
